My creative energy is driven by a sense of fun and use of colour this results in producing art which is distinctive and enjoyable.
My distinctive colorful style has won the Chroma Readers award and I also in 2016 I won the Jenny Trebilcock Encouragement Award form the Geelong Art Society.
In addition I’ve painted commissions and sold my works through various art shows and exhibitions. I have set up the Redbaron Art Gallery on Facebook and my art work is displayed on Instagram under alanbarron927.
My paintings are mounted and ready to hang but also can be framed (at additional cost), depending on client requirements. I understand the importance of meeting order deadlines and delivering artwork in an excellent condition.
I’m an active member of the Geelong Art Society and have attended various painting groups.
I have studied Commercial Art at the Art Training Institute in Melbourne as well as the How to Draw course offered through The Great Courses Corporation.
My price range is from $250 to $1,500, depending on size (Size range varies from 45x60cms, up to 90 x180cms) and mounted or framed, with framing costing around $170-$300 extra.
