Rita Hall

Rita Hall is a South Australian artist living and working in the Adelaide Hills. She has conducted a full time professional visual art practice in her home studio since 1976. She holds a Masters of Visual Art, University of SA and has specialized in printmaking, drawing and painting. Rita's work is collected in many major galleries throughout Australia. 

It is enough, to make art, but how to explain the delight in a finished picture? Not knowing where it came from apart from my own hand. It could be explained through techniques, subject, composition and many other elements. It has no real meaning; it is itself and sometimes its magical. I cannot explain it, but I know it has appeared, it now exists in the world where once it did not.
