Kathy has recently returned from Moscow where she was part of 'Motherhood - Hope for the World' organised by the International Women Artists' Federation.
Kathy is a finalist in the 'Library Artists' Book Award Exhibition' at Many Art Gallery and Museum. Kathy also had a piece in 'disCOVER' an exhibition of artist books at Amegilla Gallery, Bruthen Victoria.
In 2017-2018 Kathy had a two year artist in residency at Caritas Christi Hospice in Kew. This residency is sponsored by St Vincent's Hospital. Kathy works at the Box Hill Community Arts Centre as a tutor and in the Art's Centre Office as a part-time arts administrator.
To celebrate the St Vincent's Hospital Artist Residency Program Kathy and several other past and president artists-in-residence are exhibiting their work in Residency at St Vincent's Gallery.
In 2018 Kathy was part of a selected group show, Poetry of Place at the Town Hall Gallery Hawthorn.

From November 2017 through until February 2018 Kathy had a solo show, Landscapes at St Vincent's Gallery, Daly Wing, St Vincent's Hospital Fitzroy Melbourne.
In June 2017 Kathy had two of her artist books in the Whitehorse Artspace exhibition 90 x 90: 90 Artworks from 90 years of collecting.

In May 2017Kathy exhibited at Tacit Gallery, 312 Johnson Street Abbotsford, Melbourne. Upon Reflection is Kathy's latest body of work depicting the Yarra River as it winds it's way through inner Melbourne. The paintings portray the remnant native bushland along the river banks, the surrounding parklands and the river itself with the subtle and often ambiguous reflections of the surrounding landscape and skies.
