Johanna McWeeney

My work is based on an intuitive approach that allows the painting to find its own form. Initially, each work begins as an internal exploration of feelings and processes that transmutes in colour and expression into something that presents something beautiful. At least, that is the intention; to leave the world more beautiful and to transform pain, sadness and my own human experience into something that conveys hope and joy to another person.
