Helen Worthington

I love working with detail, and am especially drawn (pardon the pun) to feathers and fur and the natural beauty of creatures' eyes.  I consider all my artwork to be an ongoing learning process, and am always open to helpful hints and tips to improve my work.

Self-taught artist who started off with Angelic paintings in acrylic. Still working with acrylics, I have extended my subject matter to the natural world and more abstract images.

Building confidence in watercolours and pastel work has also been a goal and an ongoing journey, and I have discovered enjoyment in line and wash work too.
